RUUM ("RUUM," "we," "us") operates a platform that helps families discover and connect with senior living communities, home health, and hospice providers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. If you use our family intake tools, we may collect information about your or your loved one's care needs to help match you with appropriate providers. If you represent a senior living community, home health agency, or hospice, we collect your company information and licensing details.

How we use your phone number

We use your phone number to verify your identity via a one-time SMS passcode when you create an account or log in. We do not use your phone number for marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of verification texts (note: opting out will prevent you from logging in), or HELP for assistance.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to operate the platform, match families with providers, facilitate communication between families and providers, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing of information

We share relevant information with senior care providers you choose to contact or inquire with through the platform. We may share information with service providers who help us operate RUUM (such as hosting and communications providers), under agreements that limit their use of your data.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
