Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Company listings
Companies that list on RUUM are responsible for the accuracy of their own pricing, availability, licensing, and other information. RUUM may verify certain information but does not independently confirm every detail.
No guarantee of outcome
RUUM does not guarantee that any family will find a suitable provider, or that any provider will find suitable clients, through use of the platform.
Limitation of liability
RUUM is not liable for decisions made based on information found on the platform, or for the quality of care provided by any listed company.
