Searching, comparing, saving and contacting communities on RUUM is free for families. Always.

Communities can list free

Any licensed community can claim a free, Verified listing with availability, photos and inquiries. Free listings can enter their prices privately; families see the typical cost for the area instead.

Some communities pay for tools

Communities can choose to pay for tools that help them fill rooms — showing their own prices to families, tour booking, insights and integrations. See our pricing.

Payment never changes where a community appears

Search order is decided by fit, distance, budget, availability and how current the information is. A community's plan is never part of it — and it never affects matches, badges or which communities appear. How ranking works.

What we never do

• We don't take referral fees or move-in commissions.
• We never sell family data.
• Verified is never for sale.
• Verified reviews come only from confirmed move-ins at communities on a paid plan; we never suggest reviews exist where they don't.
